Ok...Sartorialist--check! (Though, I've got to say, I feel like he needs to ramp up the frequency and variety factor...I'm getting a little bored after three days of 30s party fashion). Next up: Dam Style (http://damstyle.blogspot.com/), and Face Hunter (http://facehunter.blogspot.com/).
It may be Helsinki specific fashion but it has a wide variety and isn't cluttered with the thoughts of the blogger, which I appreciate specifically when covering fashion. There are a lot of choices in traditional fashion blogs, but Hel-looks just gives you the clothes and a bit of the person behind them. Finns have style extremes and variety that rivals Japan.
Also if you like hard copy fashion blogs...try STREET magazine, it's available at sophia books on hastings and costs about $15, each issue documents a different city around the world and back issues can be ordered for around $5 -10 per issue depending on availability, through STREET magazine directly...there's no commentary, its all pictures
